VIRTUALLY MAINTENANCE FREE AND WEATHER-PROOF RAILINGS
The metallurgical properties of STICK-IT 316 stainless steel – its inherent corrosion-resistant and polished-finish qualities – give you the peace of mind that your balcony railings are almost certain to remain in excellent condition all year round, regardless of use.

However, whilst our stainless steel tubing is inherently weather-proof, prolonged exposure or contact with water or a sea salt environment will lead to some corrosion without additional protective finishing (e.g. pickling or lacquering). We therefore advise that those customers installing our fittings in close proximity to open-water or a coastal environment specify 316-stainless steel.

VERSATILE EASY-FIT BALCONY RAILINGS
Our custom made-to-measure railing systems are easy to install on a variety of surfaces. Articulated (hinged) joints make erection straightforward on uneven surfaces such as cobbles, blockwork and paving slabs. Their modular design enables the installer to overcome uneven surfaces by cutting the tube to various lengths and heights – especially useful when installing handrails on uneven ground or a sloping foundation using hinged, angled or elbow fittings, brackets or base plates.

PRIVACY
The modular design of our railings complete with glass infill panels project light and space to your balcony, patio or any raised outdoor area, whilst shielding against wind or rain. For added privacy, you may wish to use decorative solid panels – e.g. smoked or coloured glasses. Shield your terrace using perforated stainless steel sheet or traditional wood fixtures.

Balcony perimeter infill panels can be produced in glass, wire, marble, perforated sheet (or any material of your choice) – the angular, reflective properties of which will project light and add a sense of space across your balcony or mezzanine.
